Of the 17 minutes I heard from the Hidden Beach label's sampler, I'm very pleased to state that Jill Scott's album is going to be another hot one!

The sampler didn't have track listings, but for the flow & direction that disc sent me, it indicates she has groove on the groove patrol for listeners in the neo-soul world. Not to mention, the strength in melodies orchestrated from her production team came strong! No doubt!

"The Real Thing - Words & Sounds Vol. 3" picks up right from the previous project. There are some fast, some slow tempo'd beats, but nevertheless interesting to hear. Her vocal prowess is is felt throughout & at times, her croons delighted me.

However, a sampler is just the beginning. If the bits & pieces to the music left a good impression on me already, then I can't wait to go grab the full copy when it's released this month!
