I really don't know what Spirit Records and Bill Bradford has going on in Charlotte, but that sixty's Motown styled groove is really working, and I think some of todays' artists are starting to take notice. He has infused his signature style for soul stirring vocalist Debby Dobbins, whose newest effort "Cool and Collected", is nothing less than brilliant.
She sings these songs as if she was there in that time period. Debby's vocal range is unimaginable, where in every song, she sings in a different key making it her own.
